Expectations

It is expected that you as the employer will be detailed in your request so that scope creep is kept to a minimum. Based on your detailed requirements we will adhere to the agreed pricing. However additional requirements will require a renegotiation of price. With web design/content management systems ongoing support is only available as a paid by contract agreement unless it is specified as part of your requirements.

Payments:

When working with a new employer we require the usage of the safepay system. Once a relationship has been established at our discretion we will accept Paypal payments as well with a 50% percent deposit on project initiation with the balance due upon completion..

Communication:

We prefer communicaiton to be through email so that communications are documented. However we may call or skype to verify details. Any phone conversations will be documented in a follow up email requesting your written conversation. We are available for quick responses from 9:00am to 9:00pm EST.
