Work Terms

Payment Options:
Payment is required in full prior to project start either by Guru Invoice or Escrow Deposit.
Refund Policy:
1. I offer a 100% refund if I fail to complete the project as described in this agreement, due to fault of my own.
2. A refund will not be provided if you terminate the project for any other reason.
a. If you prepaid a deposit and terminate the project prematurely (prior to a breach of contract), that deposit will not be refunded.
b. If you initiate a dispute with Guru prematurely (prior to breach of contract), you will be responsible for any fees or expenses incurred as a result.
Review Dates:
Project review dates change due to communication and other variables in the project. I do not provide reviews of work until I feel it is in a comprehensible state. Project updates are provided as the project milestones are reached.
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday: 9am to 6pm EST
· I can sometimes be available outside of those hours, by request. Or I may choose to work outside of those hours voluntarily, but there is no guarantee unless otherwise specified.
· I will respond to messages within 48 hours, unless the message is left during the weekend, a holiday, or after 3pm prior to a weekend or holiday. If your message is left within those alternate time frames, I will respond within 48 hours of the following business day.
· If you call by phone, please leave a message. If not, your call may not be returned.
