No Surprises. That's my motto. To ensure that both parties are in agreeance, I will require the following agreements to be signed and returned to me prior to beginning work:

Project Esitmate: The project estimate will detail the project to be undertaken and include pricing estimate details/milestones and a total estimate for the project. This will be the breakdown of the work to be done. If anything is brought up afterwards, the Estimate will be adjusted and will need to be resigned.
Terms and Conditions: The Terms and Conditions will give you the details on my work and how I like things to be done.
