Work Terms

I believe in end-to-end project management and communication. From the initial starting point to the final conclusion, I will work with you to ensure I exceed you expectations. Starting with design and thru the development phase I will engage you in communication that will allow me to produce the product that will serve you and your end users in the best, most delightful manner possible.

Payment: I ask for 30% down, 30% upon completion and approval of design work, 30% at initial delivery, and 10% after your review and final approval. If your project does not include design, I will ask for 30% down after development specifications and a price are agreed upon in writing, 60% after initial delivery, and 10% upon your review and final approval. I understand that flexibility is important, with that in mind, my terms are negotiable.

I guarantee that my work will meet or exceed the written specifications that we agree upon. I also guarantee that the work will be delivered on time and offer a reverse penalty to myself should this fail to happen.

In regard to feedback, I will engage you throughout the process to ensure we are performing the work to your specifications and needs. At the end, I will request that you complete a survey to judge the overall project and your satisfaction.
