* Application connects to the database server and retrieves any data based on dates chosen.
* The data is populated automatically into an Excel spreadsheet
* The spreadsheet is then automatically formatted using a pre-determined process.
* The spreadsheet is saved to the folder specified in the Application
* The application integrates with Lotus notes and generates an email with the report attached, sends, and creates a copy in the outbox.
* The application keeps a record of which reports were generated and which were emailed during the session.
