At RightNow Web Design we handle each project with the attention and detail as if you were our only client. We take pride in understanding your project needs to ensure a smooth and seem less process. We have a team of professionals that are held accountable for providing deliverables in a timing manner.
We will setup an account on our website so that you can monitor your project as often as you like. We will update your project status on a daily basis.
Payment Method: Guru SafePay, PayPal, Google Checkout, Check, E-Check and Wire Transfer. We require a 25% down payment prior to the start of the project. The balance is due upon completion of the project. Other payment terms/plans can be negotiated.
Communication: RightNow Web Design is available via phone, email, IM, Guru Message Board and our backend support system on our website.
Office Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm CST Monday - Friday. We are also available outside of these ours including weekends when necessary.
Our Process:
Analysis/Discovery: This is the phase in which we consult with you to ensure we have a clear understanding of your project and business needs.
Execution: This is the phase were we will deliver a mockup for approval and begin building your website or web application. Your site will be hosted on our dedicated servers.
Testing: We thoroughly test your site's functionality to ensure each component works as expected.
Delivery: Project is delivered after final payment and uploaded to your server.
