Additional Skills:	I'm an independent Greensboro based Webmaster and Consultant, but I can work anywhere. I have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing and a Webmaster Certification. What is a freelance Webmaster? A freelance Webmaster is a person that can be temporarily or even permanently contracted to create a website and keep it maintained: content (pictures, texts, animation), the website architecture (web design, functionalities) and also the technical aspect (development, server administration). Freelance webmasters produce websites specific to your needs. This requires skills, talent and a lot of versatility.

Work Terms

Free Consultation. During your initial consultation by phone or person, we can share information and discuss working together. The initial consultation is limited to 1 hour of meeting/preparation time. Please contact me to set up a time.

My Contract. Clients sign a Written Agreement before we begin. This agreement states the basic terms of our contract work arrangement.

Fulfillment. Precious McKoy will provide the services described in the signed contract, and use best efforts to complete the work within the estimated cost and schedule (granted client does not change the terms set forth in the contract and meets their responsibilities as outlined in the contract).

Daily communication. To make the most efficient use of both your time and mine, email is my standard method of communication with my clients on a day-to-day basis.

Monthly Meetings. I like to have a phone meeting with my clients at least once a month, to give us each time to go over anything we've been too busy to discuss.

Estimates. Upon request, I will provide estimates for web design projects.

Deposit. The client will pay a deposit with delivery of signed contract before commencement of services beyond the initial estimate, questionnaire & planning meeting. The balance is due upon your acceptance of the final product and before the site is loaded or the transfer of client files.
