Communication:
I offer a free initial consultation to help potential clients decide whether to engage Steve Jaffe Consulting. At project inception, we will have a launch call to discuss any questions and details. Thereafter calls are typically scheduled in advance, to coordinate calendars. I am also available for ad hoc calls, as client needs demand, as well as via email.
Policies:
Both consultant and client will make every effort to ensure timely answers to questions related to the project engagement. Client will provide timely access to pertinent customers, contacts, and administrative systems necessary to complete project deliverables. If requested, I will readily sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, provided by the client.
Feedback/Endorsement:
It is mutually beneficial to exchange favorable feedback on Guru.com, when favorable feedback is merited.
