Work Terms

Below is the process after choosing Tevarra.9 Creative as your vendor:
1 – The agreement
-You award us the project based on our agreement.
-We invoice you 50% of total cost of the project.
2 – The Design
-We determine the design direction by reviewing your ideas and requirements.
-We send you the first draft.
-You provide feedback.
-We send you an update.
-We continue this process until..
-You approve the design.
3 – The Contruction
-We apply CSS/XHTML framework to the design.
-We add requested programming and/or ‘bells & whistles’ ie Flash, jQuery, plugins, widgets, etc.
4 – The Test
-We test.
-You test.
-We finalize the design and functionality.
5 – The Approval
-You approve the completed website.
6 – The Host
-We FTP your site files to one of our dedicated servers provided by liquidweb.com upon request or your preferred hosting provider.
-You pay us the remaining 50% of the total invoice.
7 – The Bottom Line
-We want your website to become a success.
-You ask us about how we can promote your site.
-We formulate a plan to help achieve your bottom line.
8 – The Maintenance
-You let us know if your site needs continued support.
-We keep your site up-to-date year round.
9 – The Repeat
-You want a website upgrade.
-We repeat Step 1.
