Work Terms

I am generally available between 5:00pm and 11:30pm weekdays or on weekends for meetings, but I am happy to make special arrangements when necessary.

I am available to meet in person, via skype, chat or whatever other service you might like. I can provide service, support and training, via remote desktop or in person. Whatever is most convenient for you.

For larger projects such as branding, website re-builds and re-designs, I normally discuss matters with clients and provide a detailed proposal which will provide a clear outline of what is to be provided and the supporting pricing. Additional work is billed at the hourly rate unless it is determined that another proposal is in order (typically when significant changes or additions are made to the original proposed project). I track all of my hours and can provide extremely detailed reports upon request, or if agreed upon, via email regularly as the project takes place.

I bill monthly, and require a 50% deposit for all work over 150.00.

This is how I generally do things. Just because it is what I normally do, it doesn't mean I am not willing to adapt to whatever might suit you better.
