Communication & Availability
Communication is acceptable through phone, e-mail or Skype. Change requests must be performed through email or through our online change management system. We are generally available by phone between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. CST Monday thru Friday.

Payment Method
First time clients must conduct transactions through the SafePay Escrow service. Payments can be made by check, credit card, wire transfer or SafePay funds.

Responsibilities of your company
It is anticipated that the appropriate staff will participate in each project phase and will be responsible for approving the work in a timely manner. It is understood that user and management time is a valuable commodity that must be used effectively, but that time must be made available as required during the course of this project to explain requirements, procedures and priorities, or the time frame for completion of the project will be lengthened. Your company will also provide Achilles Interactive with all assets necessary for the development of the project. Your company will be responsible for notifying Achilles Interactive of any scope modifications or time and budget constraints that arise during the course of the project.

Achilles Interactive will be responsible for the development and overall management of the project. We will serve as the first level of support for the client regarding any and all issues related to the development up to delivery.
