Work Terms

Payment:
Deposits will be requested based on estimated duration or total estimated cost of project. Generally 10% on any project estimated at greater than $1,500 or greater than two weeks in duration. Projects lasting less than two weeks or having a total estimated cost of $1,500 may be subject to a deposit or upfront payment, depending on the scope of the project.
Communication:
Generally, I prefer telephone contact, during my hours of availability. Special considerations may be made in unique circumstances.
General Availability:
5PM - 10PM Eastern, M-F. 10AM - 6PM Eastern, weekends. Other times of availability can be made when circumstances require.
