As a standard, we provide unlimited design concepts and revisions to ensure our clients get exactly what they want with their designs. We will keep designing until we know you are happy with the work we provide. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!
Communication:
Prefered method of communication is through Guru's private message boards. We are also available via email, gmail chat, hotmail chat, and telephone.
General Availability:
We are avaialble Monday-Saturday and work around 12 hours or so a day, unless we are sleepting. We are based in the Washington DC Metro Area, so we are on Eastern Standard Time. We keep long hours to serve our clients from Europe, Americas, Australia, and Asia.

1-Project Discussion/Brainstorming;
2-Designs provided and revised per feedback from client
3-Coding/development takes place and implemented
