Our ideal situation is to work remote with your company in a long term relationship.
We utilize all forms of communiations with clients: email, instant messenger, phone and conference bridges.
Our design process is one geared to bring you complete satisfaction. Bring your wish list and we can help you realize your dreams.
Once you have accepted us on Guru, we will finalize your work requirements and will return to you a cost and scope of work document that we will both work from during the course of the project.
Then we will invoice you for a 50% down payment. Once received, we will have a draft for you within 4 business days and await your feedback. Once we know what tweaks need to be done to the draft we will return a second draft to you within 3 more business days.
Upon final design acceptance, we then move to create, design and code your website. Within 7 business days we will have your completed website and finalize the turn over of the site to you or launch your site on our hosting service.
Our office hours are 9-5 CST, M-F; however, a team member is available 7 days a week for any emergencies.
