I am a fulltime freelancer, and am usually available 9 to 5 EST for communication.

For an initial price quote for most jobs, I prefer to set up a phone conference over email communications. I feel a phone conference is much more effective in understanding the entire scope of the project in order to meet the client’s needs, desires, and expectations for the deliverables of the project.

If I am awarded a project, I work with my clients closely to ensure the scope of work is on track with their needs, and always try to exceed their expectations.
