Delivery Process:
--Design and Programming Projects (Full Web Application involving Database--
1. Sales Team hands over the project to Technical Analysis Team
2. Sales Person | Lead Tech Analyst | Project Manager have a introduction conference call with the client
3. Lead Tech Analyst initiates a Discovery Phase with client during which complete scope, specifications and proposed functionality of the project is documented and approved by the client so that there is little ambiguity over the deliverables.
4. Lead Designer creates the design comps and on approval of design comps a complete HTML Wireframe of the application is created and approved from the client so that client can visually follow the functional flow of the application.
5. The project is then sent to the programming team which works on the coding.
6. As soon as the modules are completed the project is tested by the team of QA and feedback is entered into a centralized software for everyone to see and act upon.
7. Project is deployed on the client's server.
