Rali graduated from the premier institution Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) with a Master's degree in Computer Science (M.Tech.,) in 1979. Prior to that he obtained a Master's Degree in Mathematics (M.Sc.,) with the first rank in the University.
He moved to US in 1980 where he worked in the field of Information Technology with various industries, both in the West Coast and the East Coast. After about 20 years in US, he moved back to India to incorporate and run Rajasri Systems, an Offshore Software Development Center.
Rajasri Systems is a 100% Export Oriented Unit serving exclusively clients outside India, mostly in US & Europe. It is licensed under Software Technology Parks of India. |

Work Terms

COMMUNICATION
We use telephones (for US clients, we have a VoIP#s), Chat, Discussion Forums and email.
AVAILABILITY
We are on IST timezone. We routinely schedule time to discuss project details/progress with clients in US/Europe during their working hours.
FIXED PRICE PROJECTS
We will give you a fixed price for the project based on your exact requirements. We will o provide a schedule of payments - indicating milestones and payments due.
HOURLY (TIME & MATERIAL)
For hourly projects, we will send you a weekly status report and a timesheet. We will invoice every 15 days or every month, depending on length of contract.
MONTHLY RETAINERS
We also offer monthly retainers. For clients who need dedicated teams, continously working on their projects, we dedicate full-time resources, who can be managed by us or by client. Invoice will be done monthly and payment will be due
INVOICE & PAYMENT DUE
In all cases, Payment will be due 14 days from Invoice Date.
WARRANTY
For fixed-price projects, there will be a warranty period. Warranty period starts when the stated work is completed, as specified in a specified environment. All errors reported by Client within the warranty period will be resolved at no cost.
Client will be billed to resolve errors reported after warranty period expires.
When the warranty period starts, both parties will mutually agree to how work done post-warranty period will be billed - either at an hourly rate or as a monthly support cost.
