I have been designing and developing websites since 1998 and have personally designed and built over 500 websites, a large percentage that are interactive. I held the position of head developer and designer for a multi-national corporation before deciding to freelance in 2003.

I am experienced at all aspects of web developemnt including navigation, graphic design, configuration, staging, writing non-technical content, planning and analyzing market strategies.

Sites I build are efficient, good looking, and to keep costs down, mainly use open source software. I enjoy creating dynamic websites that incorporate blogs, databases, ecommerce, forums, content management, and more using PHP, ASP and Javascript. I'm experienced with Website Baker, Joomla, Wordpress, Contribute, many shopping carts such as Zen and Oscommerce, Open Realty, and Animal Shelter management software. I do web marketing of all kinds including Email marketing, Google, MSN, Search Engine Optimization and copywriting for the web.

My education includes a degree in the Arts and self-taught web development using online classes and tutorials to further my ongoing and extensive knowledge of the Internet and Web Development.

Work Terms

I accept payment through Safepay Escrow, as well as Credit Cards, Payal and echecks. I require a signed contract and retainer of 60% of the estimate begin work, and bill monthly thereafter until the project is complete. There is a monthly continuation fee for work stalled due to non-receipt of signoffs or content. I accept phone calls from 9-5 EST weekdays, and email anytime, though I may not respond until Monday.

Work is guaranteed to be completed to your satisfaction under the terms of the contract. I am happy to help you find reasonable hosting and domain providers (I also provide these services).
