We are meticulously careful in our business practices. We are a United States company, based in Pennsylvania, incorporated in North Carolina, with representatives in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Minnesota.
We work Internationally, but all of our people are U.S. residents who speak fluent English and are located stateside. When you call us, you do NOT have to select an option for English... you'll get English every time.
When we evaluate a project bid, we read the project description in full. We do not bulk-respond to our clients to "throw a lot of mud against the wall and hope something sticks." We are not in pursuit of the quick sale. We will not throw out a lowball bid to attempt bait and switch you later. YOUR PROJECT will have our FULL ATTENTION as we evaluate it. We will open every attachment you send. We will review every link you provide. We will ONLY bid on projects that we are confident that we can deliver on in a quality, timely manner.
Once you have awarded a bid to us, we take it seriously. Our feedback reflects our devotion to you. We will provide you with a formal written proposal (8-12 pages) for review and approval prior to starting your project to define Scope of Work.
