Work Terms

Customer satisfaction and ease of service are the most important things to 720x and everything we do follows that methodology. We work closely with our clients at all times. Communication is key to any successful project and we firmly support that notion. Project Managers are available by phone, e-mail, and a variety of Instant messaging services from 9am - 9pm EST and can extend or modify those hours to suit the individual needs of our clients on a case by case basis.

This methodology can clearly be seen within our payment terms as well. We work on a 0% down model with payments being made upon milestone completion. These milestone payments are paid ONLY upon approval from the client of the client and give the client to power to ensure their project is done properly the first time. The number of milestones varies.

We adhere to a strict code of ethics and have a guarantee in place to protect our clients. We guarantee that we will complete projects to the customers satisfaction based on the specifications of the project. Should we be unable to complete the project to spec then we will provide a full refund.

We also guarantee our work after it has been completed. If a bug in our work is found we will fix it free of charge providing it was caused by something we did or did not do. This means that bugs created by the client modifying the code are not included.
