Work Terms

Web-related business is conducted specific to the following terms:
1. File-sharing is conducted on a test server provided by Joe Ryder (Consultant). All project deliverables hold copyright with Consultant until paid for, at which time you, Client, are given copyrights unless otherwise agreed. Client is not allowed to use deliverables that are not paid for as revenue-generating units or components of their business.
2. Payment is preferred through SafePay, but Paypal is available as needed. If paying through Paypal, Consultant requests payment via credit card so Client has transaction protection.
3. Comunication is preferred via email. Phone contact and Skype are not always available. Consultant keeps email connected to Blackberry and responds within 3 hours in most circumstances. Please understand if Consultant requests time to process your request.
4. Large projects will require payment in thirds of total project cost: 1/3 down, 1/3 before production and 1/3 upon delivery of project outcome. In general, this is normal procedure for any project with cost over $750 unless specific terms are agreed upon.
