I pride myself on my flexibility. It is my firm belief that after hours support is sometimes necessary and vital in the internet world. On work where after hours support is necessary I prefer to come to some kind of maintenance agreement that benefits me and my client equally.

All projects are required to have requirements documentation, signed and approved by myself and the client. I have found this minimizes confusion and results in a project that meets, or exceeds, initial expectations. This documentation is always done in clear language, lacking acronyms, and accessible to those who lack computer, internet, or software expertise. In cases of tight deadlines, or unusually rapid deployment, I may wave the requirements documentation, but will instead bill at an hourly rate.
