Work Terms

• Payment Method: I only work with clients who agree to transact through SafePay Escrow. I only accept payment by check, E-check, or wire transfer funds.
• Communication:I prefer to communicate by phone, e-mail or SKYPE, with frequency of communication determined by the project scope and with mutual agreement between the client and myself.
• General Availability:I prefer to correspond during regular U.S. business hours, 8:00AM EST to 5:00PM PST, however I am accustomed to communication after hours and on weekends contingent on the project.
• Feedback / Endorsement: Leaving timely feedback is considered by me part of the contract, the responsibility of both parties. I guarantee to leave honest feedback. Clients are encouraged to consider me for endorsement in their Guru.com Network.
• Code of Ethics / Guarantee Policy:During each project, I expect clients to conduct themselves in a professional manner, with consideration to both the project as well as timely payment. Reciprocally, clients may expect the same conduct from me, communicating concerns if any, at the time of said concern. This has never been an issue to date. My mission statement is to provide quality graphic solutions in a timely fashion according to each contract agreement. I do not discriminate for any reason whatsoever and do not take criticism of my work personally in the slightest. I guarantee delivery but not results from what I deliver.
