Work Terms
|
Each of our client’s needs are unique, therefore each
project is different. All terms are negotiable. To give you an example of how
we typically work for a basic web site please see the following:
Once the project is awarded we will send you an agreement showing price and
what we are expected to do. This is usually in the form of a contract if you
decide to deal outside of Guru or a project agreement within Guru.
Once you agree, we invoice you 33% of the total cost of the project. The second
payment will be due after you approve the design. The final payment will not be
due until launch. If programming is involved, we can accept payments based on
progress.
Next we will take your idea (we usually conduct a survey) and create the first
design draft of the home page. Normally you will receive the first draft within
2-4 days unless otherwise agreed.
You can make comments and suggestions about our design. Within 2 days we will
have an updated design ready. We offer an UNLIMITED amount of design revisions
(to a reasonable standard) until you are completely satisfied. If for any
reason you'd like us to start over from scratch, this will count as a 2nd
design layout. The number of layouts varies upon each agreement.
Once approved, we will code the HTML. After this point you will have the
opportunity to run a click-through the actual pages.
When approved, we add any animation and/or programming to complete the
site. Upon your final approval we launch the site.
