Work Terms

Pricing a Project:
We usually make a general cost assessment of a new project before submitting the initial bid. After discussing the project with the client, and upon his/her request, we submit a more detail proposal with clear definition of the scope and delivery times for the various stages. If the client approves, the proposal document will serve as a contract to execute the project.
Payment Terms:
- New projects up to $1000:
50% advance payment, balance to be paid upon delivery or in stages as defined in the agreed proposal.
- New Projects $1000 and up:
30% as advance 50% Delivery at different stages as defined in the proposal. 20% (remaining) upon completion.
- Ongoing Maintenance and Development of an Existing Site:
Rate varies from $30-$40 per hour depending on complexity of the project (a minimum of 1 hour).
*These are general price guidelines. Projects and client requirements are always discussed ahead of time before we commit to a price.
