I am a perfectionist when it comes to my work. My goal is always to give my clients the highest quality possible at all times. My rates are generally higher than many you'll find on sites such as these, but I back that up with my years of experience. I believe you will find you get what you pay for, and I am never satisfied until my client is satisfied.

When I work with clients, my usual procedure is to come to a very clear understanding of the client's needs, goals, and budget, and then give a bid for the project. I am honestly not crazy about these online methods of bidding on a project without a thorough knowledge of the details, so if a bid I present is not within your budget, please contact me and I'll work with you to come up with something that is within your budget.

For clients I know personally, I prefer to ask for 50% payment up-front and 50% upon delivery. I am very flexible with this for these online transactions, however, because I know that it's always uncertain working with someone you've never met.
