Non-Disclosure. Lucid acknowledges that it will be a party to certain business practices and information proprietary to the Client during the creation of this website. Lucid will not reveal these practices, or provide this information in any form to any competing organization.
Guarantee of Results. Lucid Business Strategies makes every effort to ensure that the plans and strategies included in this project are well researched and have a reasonable chance of success. The success the client achieved by following this plan involves many variables outside of Lucid’s control. Lucid does not, therefore, make any warranties, either express or implied, about the results you will achieve by implementing our recommendations.
Severability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision of this Agreement shall not affect the other provisions hereof, and this Agreement shall be construed in all respects as if such invalid or unenforceable provisions were omitted.
