Therefore, I am giving Mathew five stars for the following reasons. Commitment; Mathew has shown great commitment in seeing the project through and finishing the project. The menu program is a pretty complex program and Mathew saw the project to completion. Budget, Mathew was able to stay very close to the original budget that he quoted me. Professionalism; in dealing with Mathew I found him to be very professional. He followed through and performed the actions that he agreed to in a timely and proficient manner. Competency and expertise; take a look at my web site and menu program and you can see that Mathew is an expert in web design and web application development. Finally, responsiveness; Mathew has been very prompt to get back to me in a timely manner on any questions or concerns that I had as the project progressed.
