• Communication:
Digital Art Station is open Mondays-Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time using the following methods:

• Payment Terms
Fifty percent of the Web Development Cost is due at the start of the project and remaining fee is due once completed
• Payment Method:
Digital Art Station prefers payment through SafePay Escrow. But we also accept credit card payments using Intuit.
• Project Schedule
After you award Digital Art Station your project:
- We will send you the Project Agreement that will contain the following info: Summary, Project Storyboard, Proposed Deliverables, Pricing & Terms and Timeline. You will need to review the agreement and fax us a signed copy if everything's ok.
- Upon receipt of your signed agreement, we will invoice you 50% of the development fee, remainder due upon completion
- We will send you a design form so we can get a feel of how you want the website to look like
- You will receive the first draft of the site within 3-5 days and we will make revisions until you're fully satisfied with the design. Once everything's set, we'll ask you to sign the design agreement
- We'll build your site within the timeline given
- We'll send you the link to review the site and make the necessary changes. If everything's ok, then we'll put the website live and have you sign the project completion form.
- We'll then invoice you for the remaining 50%
