There are several advantages when working with Rob Guida: he was born and raised in the USA. He speaks and writes in fluent English, and you deal directly with him. Mr. Guida develops specification documents, and builds prototypes so clients are clear on the final product. Mr. Guida works to understand the full picture so that he can work with the client and build an application that will grow with the company’s needs.

Mr. Guida has experience working with off-shore company’s and found that no company ever understood the full picture, nor did they follow specifications. Communication was poor, and thus too much is lost in translation. Aside from communication, Mr. Guida was appalled with final products. He found no company utilized N-Tier coding. Instead, it seemed that the work he was receiving was thrown together, and not carefully planned.

For these reasons, Mr. Guida does all programming, as well as design, and documentation. His philosophy is, when a client purchases services to build an application, it is an investment. There needs to be a good return on investment, and that is Mr. Guida’s top priority – to protect the clients investment by providing reliable, stable and easy-to-use products.

Pay Terms Summary.

First and foremost, terms are done on a project by project basis.

However, the basic approach is a 20% deposit is due for projects more than $1000. Installments are made until the final deployment. The client holds 10% of the total project until the project is complete, which is usually deployment.

For smaller projects, there is a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due upon completion, which is usually deployment.
