Work Terms

Availability:
We are available to our clients from Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm (EST), sometimes over weekend (if necessary), and can be reached by email (info@bartsoft.com), through instant messenger (provided upon email request), and by telephone (905-567-4552).
Guarantee:
We fix our bugs free of charge within the first 90 days after completion. After that we provide support and maintenance (if required) based on hourly rate.
Payment Method:
Guru Safepay, Check, Wire transfer, PayPal (with 3-4% surcharge).
Payment terms:
30% – Advance payment.
40% - Upon alpha version or some midway milestones completion
30% – Upon completion and approval of the final product.
For projects $3,000+ the terms can vary.
If the project specifications are clear, we can offer a fixed price estimate, otherwise we can work on a weekly/monthly basis.
