Work Terms

Availability:
Monday - Saturday, 7:30 AM - 11:30 PM (Eastern) as negotiated or required. Please note that we are willing to shift our hours as needed to accommodate clients in different time zones. If you prefer that we work when you work, we can do so as long as it falls between the listed hours. If you require work to be performed outside of these hours, we may request additional compensation (negotiated prior to work commencing).

Communication:
We believe that good communication is vital to the success of your project. We will work with you, prior to commencement of the project, to define specifically what is expected from both parties. We expect to be measured against this agreement. We are responsive to email and phone messages and will always respond to your questions and concerns with 1 business day maximum.

Guarantees:
We guarantee that our sites will function as described. If there is an error in functionality, it will be fixed at no additional charge. Sites are designed to display the same across browsers (IE 6+, Safari 3+, Firefox 2+, Opera) and are guaranteed to function in these browsers. If a display problem is identified after delivery of the site, the site will be corrected at no charge.

Payment:
We expect payment to be made through Guru's escrow service. 1/3 of project payment is due upon our selection as vendor, 1/3 is due at a defined milestone (approval of creative concept most typical), and the final 1/3 is due when files are turned over.
