Payment Terms
Based on project requirement and understanding. Generally deferred over multiple milestones across the project life cycle. Usually we ask that 20% deposit is put down for the design of the pages and then another 20% is put down once design has been approved
Turnaround Time
We give a high value to communication, since turnaround time is highly
dependent on the project complexity and size. We will talk on a daily basis with the client and give constant updates as to what is happening with the project. We are also contactable 7days a week until midnight and early in the morning.
Delivery Process
1. Work out all the details of the brief so that there is no misunderstanding as to what is needed for the project.
2. Brief the designer and technical analysts as to what needs to be done for the project.
3. Have the client put down 20% deposit so that design can start.
4. Start the design process, design each element needed for the project.
5. Send over proofs to the client, obtain client feedback.
6. Make any necessary changes to the design
7. Send designs to client for to approve (steps 5 & 6 may be repeated numerous times).
8. Obtain other 20% deposit once designs are approved.
9. Develop back end code for site
10. Attach the Content Management System for the site
11. Deploy site onto server
12. Make any changes to the site
13. Search Engine Optimization
14. Final Payment made
