Work Terms

I prefer to conduct business via email, IM and telephone. I mantain toll-free numbers for both voice and fax and am available weekdays as well as weekends.

I prefer payment to be in milestones, via invoicing. The initial milestone is acceptance of a project and ironing out a scope of work agreed on by both parties. Subsequent milestones are delivery of a working beta (functional, but not yet production ready), delivery of a working prototype (ready for production) and then a final milestone on delivery of the files and work product to the client.

Support is free for 90 days and includes correction of any bugs or error in functions as well as production of any possible missing elements to the projects.
