24/7 RESPONSE & POST PROJECT SUPPORT :
We assure UNDER 6 hours turn around time in EMAIL/PHONE/CHAT regarding development & progress status irrespective of time zones.
PROJECT FLOW & PROCESS :
1. We first discuss the full scope of the project on chat/phone understand the requirements and confirm the same with the client along with the time frame.
2. Subsequently we would ask you to confirm the project by awarding us the project along with terms and milestones and purchase order. As soon as we receive the documents we prepare a brief project report / SRS and this time is also used as the turnaround time to allocate the resources for the project.
3. After getting the above confirmations of design and project report / SRS we start our development work and allocate Project manager Designer and the required developers for a project depending on the complexity and size of project.
4. The Project Manager will upload the part of work done onto our server on a regular basis so that clients can view and check the work is progress as per the agreed scope.
5. Once the client has checked the final version of the project and is satisfied with the results we will transfer it to their server. However all payments have to be 100 % cleared before the files are transferred and/or the source code given to the client.
