A successful manager and spectacular executive, he brings a blend of administration skills, and public company knowledge to ShahDeep. Ashu has more than 13 years experience in HR, admin, and overall business development and has experience in reputed companies. His ideology of business is – “Cost, Quality, Time (CQT).”
He received a bachelor’s degree in science along with diploma in MBA (IT). His mastery of HR concepts assisted us in areas previously alien to most of our humanoid management team at the time. Ashu's positive and forward looking attitude and keen insight helped him attain his senior management role at ShahDeep. As an administrator, and HR regulator, he is most notably known for drafting the employee’s friendly company policies. Based on project requirement and understanding. Generally deferred over multiple milestones across the project life cycle.
Turnaround Time:
We give a high value to communication, since turnaround time is highly dependent on the project complexity and size. We commit ourselves to respond within 1 business day to maintain constant contact with the client, whether or not the tasks are accomplished.
Delivery Process:
Design and Programming Projects (Full Web Application involving Database) :
1. Sales Team hands over the project to Technical Analysis Team.
2. Sales Person | Lead Tech Analyst | Project Manager have a introduction conference call with the client.
3. Lead Tech Analyst initiates a Discovery Phase with client during which complete scope, specifications and proposed functionality of the project is documented and approved by the client so that there is little ambiguity over the deliverables.
4. Lead Designer creates the design comps and on approval of design comps a complete HTML Wireframe of the application is created and approved from the client so that client can visually follow the functional flow of the application.
5. The project is then sent to the programming team which works on the coding.
6. As soon as the modules are completed the project is tested by the team of QA and feedback is entered into a centralized software for everyone to see and act upon.
7. Project is deployed on the client's server.
