Work Terms

Payment Method
For first time clients I prefer payment through SafePay Escrow, by check, e-check or wire transfer. If you are unable to pay via these methods, please let me know and we can discuss other arrangements. After initial project is completed, funding for further projects can be negotiated.

Communication
I prefer to communicate mostly via email. I can also Skype and accept phone calls if necessary. Email is preferred because I can refer to the information at a later date, for clarification, if it becomes necessary.
I believe frequent and effective communication is necessary to maintain an atmosphere of respect, professionalism and efficiency. I make it a point to communicate often about projects I am working on and their progress. Communication is undoubtedly one of my strengths.

Availability
My office hours are generally Monday-Friday 9am-7pm eastern time. I also generally work Saturday as well. I have a lot of clients and work regularly with new and repeat business. I work long hours, quickly and efficiently, and this work ethic shows itself in the final product and in repeat client business.
