Work Terms

I work on a contract basis through my company, Art Star Design LLC. Projects over $200 require a 50/50 payment for first-time customers, though this may be waived for repeat customers. Contract process:

First, a work estimate will be issued. A contract will be issued through the digital contract service EchoSign.com . Client will be sent a login and password to our client's support area at http://www.artstardesign.com/clients so they can keep track of the site's progress in realtime. Once the contract is issued and signed by both parties, a development site will be set up for real-time preview.
Client will have an opportunity to preview and critique site as requested. Up to 3 revision sessions will be held until client's initially stated specifications are met
Once the site design is approved by the client, an invoice will be issued On completion of payment, site material(s) will be posted to their live location, or compressed into zip file for digital delivery through either download link or email, as requested. CMS skins will be delivered as an installable template package (dotnetnuke, php-nuke, joomla) or other files necessary. Client may need to set up FTP access for installation, or we can install the template for a nominal fee to be negotiated.
