Process Mapping
The foundation of training and documentation is a thorough documentation and mapping of every process, sub process and steps within the sub processes.
As I document the processes I am able to begin building a training program context.
Training Maps
I study the completed process maps to measure the target audience’s entry skills, knowledge and attitude to identify overall areas for training opportunities.
Critical Task Analysis
I perform an analysis of the job requirements vs job performance of the target audience. From this comparison I develop a comprehensive task list.
Training Delivery
If I deliver training for your company, I am there to facilitate the learning process, not to lecture or to do a data dump.
Learning Management System Deployment
If your company does not have a LMS or needs to populate an existing LMS with course I can set up the system, configure it and train your training department to use and maintain it.
ELearning Development
I design and develop elearning and interactive Level 2 assessments, especially for software or simulation training.
I can also train your designers and developers in the development and deployment of these types of modules.
Documentation
After all of the mapping is completed I can also produce documentation, such as:
