Measures of Success
• Confirmed Site Plan and/or Customer Requirements
• Strategy Adjustment Sessions
Key Accountabilities (Both Parties)
• Adherence to agreed upon deadlines
• We will alert each other of anything that may affect the project success
• We will jointly make determinations during the development phase to ensure positive outcome
• Client will provide all product information, content, administrative login credentials via email or other electronic media
• Client agrees to meet via telephone or in person to discuss the project within 14 days of project award date
Confidentiality
We will protect the confidentiality of client's proprietary information. Client agrees to the same conditions with regards to eMarketing Results, Inc. proprietary information.
Project Customization
The approved proposal contains all requirements for the project. Any customization beyond the agreed project deliverables are subject to additional costs.
3rd Party Advertising Spend
Both parties agree that any 3rd party advertising costs is not included in this proposal and is over and above the project price.
Preferred Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of total service fees is required to commence work. The balance will be due upon project completion and delivery.
