Work Terms

We prefer all transaction to be conducted via escrow within this sites framework. We do not require any initial payment, but do require that the employer funds their project account to show proof that funds are available.

We provide a production environment for all our projects on our test servers till the project is fully completed and tested. The project is then transferred to relevant host afterwards.

Work progress and fund release is managed through milestones. The milestones are deposited in escrow and only released at the completion of the project. Milestones are recommended to be funded as follows:

30% upon bid approval, 30% midway to project develop, 30% upon completion and testing, 10% after project transfer if host in employers server.

We provide realistic rates and timelines and guarantee all our work. Since no funds are transferred before project completion and testing, you are always guaranteed of your money's worth.

In some case, we may ask for funds for 3rd party software that you many need purchased for your project, in this case, you will be advance and invoiced to allow for such acquisitions.
