Work Terms

Sample contract excerpt

1. SOS estimates that the cost for producing the site described in the attached PROJECT DEFINITION DOCUMENT will be $0000.00.

2. Payment shall be made as follows:

Site Production payments: A deposit of approximately 1/2 of estimated total, $0000.00, is due upon signing of this Agreement, before work begins; A final approx. 1/2 payment (adjusted again for changes in estimate if necessary) is due upon completion of site as specified, before site is published on the Internet.

If applicable Sales Commission Payments: Sales commissions are due beginning the first Friday after site launch and will be in the form of Weekly (every Friday) automatically generated electronic payments via PayPal. Client must generate automatic payment to SOS within 1 business day.

3. SOS guarantees that the production process for this project will take no longer than 30 days and possibly less. Final billing will be made 3 business days prior to the end of the 30 day period or once all production requirements as stated in the PDD have been completed.

4. In the event of the cancellation of this assignment, all incomplete work will remain the property of SOS. All payments already made will first be applied to these charges. There are absolutely no refunds for any deposits or pre-payments made. Once the contract is agreed upon, work should be considered as commenced, and our services rendered are non-refundable either before or after the project has been completed.
