Guru SafePay Escrow - Payment by Check, E-check, or Wire Transfer Funds.
I prefer EST 9-5, M-F hours, unless of course a deadline needs to be met that may take us outside of those hours. I work with several time zones at present.
I am able to be reached quicker by email or Instant Messenger, but I realize phone calls are needed at times. I can use regular phone service or Skype.
I also try to keep MSN, IM messenger online during 9-5 EST hours and updated with my activity, i.e., 'available', 'out to lunch', 'on the phone', 'be right back', etc. so I can be reached quickly. I can also use other IM services as well, not just MSN.
A regular weekly or daily phone meeting is fine too, as well as an online Web-Ex meeting. The time spent, i.e. say 15 minutes ,would be added to the the hourly project rate.
