Hello,
My name is Michael Watson, owner of Mike's Impact Sites. Although I have been designing websites for five years I have only recently begun building a portfolio. Because I know this is a factor, I am willing to work with you on terms and do not expect payment until I have presented a website which meets your expectations.
I am proficient in html and all of my designs are css based layouts.
Because I enjoy the creative process and do not believe a design should have to be molded to fit a particular content management system, I use a cms called "CMS From Scratch" a powerful open source content management system that is ideal for websites of up to 20 pages. This CMS is file driven- no databases- and can be applied to any html design. It is simple to use and has a powerful wysiwyg editor for easy content management by the client.
