Work Terms

Payment Method:
I prefer to use Guru's Safepay (Check, E-check, or Wire Transfer Funds) or Escrow System with first time clients. Once we establish a relationship, I'm happy to discuss alternative payment arrangements and invoicing.
Projects begin with the acceptance and signing of a Web Development Agreement and a Statement of Work, which details the services, costs, and timelines for you project.
Payment Structure:
For Projects $500 USD and below:
50% at the beginning of the project
50% upon completion of the project.
For all projects over $500 USD:
30% at the start of project.
30% upon completion/approval of designs/flow for all pages.
40% ut the end of project.
FREE support to resolve issues/fix bugs for 30 days
Additional Services Rate $20/hr.

I am available via email, instant messenger (MSN, AIM, and Yahoo!) and Skype 7 days a week and will provide you with my IM account contact information upon initial consultation.
General Availability:
I'm currently available for work and taking on new clients and projects! My current lead time is usually 3 days.
Hours of Availability - EST
Monday through Friday: 9AM - 7PM; however, I am usually available later in the night if there is an urgent matter.
Saturday through Sunday: I am available weekends as needed and always check my email and IM regularly. I will be happy to speak with you about your project any time, but don't currently offer set weekend "office" hours.
