Availability:
8am - 5:30pm PST
Project Management:
All projects are managed via Basecamp (www.basecamphq.com); the leading system for web developers and their clients. We allow full client access and management.
Communication:
We prefer at least weekly communication outside of Basecamp with our clients, be it phone, Skype or in person.
Every Friday all clients are emailed a current status update on their project.

Contracts:
We always use contracts.
Signatures are collected via each party intended via Right Signature's Electronic Signing Service.
Non-Disclosure Agreements:
All members of staff will gladly sign NDA contracts as needed for the project. Each project that we are hired for has an NDA clause in the contract.
Project Milestone Payments:
$1 - $2499 : 50% / 50%
$2500 - $4999 : 33% / 33% / 33%
$5000 - $999 : 25% / 25% / 25% / 25%
$10000+ : Invoiced at Time Intervals
*All project rates are made based upon hourly estimates.
**If the project is overestimated by 10% or more, a refund will be applied to the overage; if the project is underestimated by 5% or more there will be a charge applied to the overage.
Hourly Work:
All hourly work is invoiced on Sunday.
Maintenance Work:
Routine maintenance work is invoiced on the 1st and 15th of each month
