Communication
You will have a set day of the week where we communicate every week your project is in progress. Every client gets at least 30 minutes of dedicated phone or IM conversation, at clients discretion. Emails are welcome and will be responded to in a prompt and efficient manner.
Availablity
Varies by project. Many projects require me to work overnight while the site has little to no traffic, and others require daytime work.
