Work Terms

New employers should be willing to use the escrow service, and make payment by Check, eCheck or Wire Transfer (to avoid additional transaction fees). I prefer to communicate through email no less often than every two weeks, preferably once per week to solicit continuous feedback and keep expectations realistic. I am available most evenings during the week, any other times are negotiable, but I make every attempt to answer emails as soon as possible.

After entering into an agreement, I hope you will leave positive feedback, and I will return the favor. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the work I have completed, please let me know before leaving negative feedback. I want to have the chance to make it right first.

For new development projects, after the initial development phase is complete, up to three rounds of revisions in design or function are included for no extra charge. I will promptly attend to any problems that arise after launch. Please email me with any questions.
