This often requires me to work from an Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator mockup and reconstruct a custom template in Wordpress. I charge by the hour. Depending on the scope of the project I range between $40-60 hr. Most of my web based design I work in the range of $40/hr. Corporate consulting and intranet setups start at $60/hr.
