Our broad experience allows us to draw from different disciplines in creating whatever is required. Typical web software development involves taking an existing product and modifying it just enough to work for the client's needs. This approach may be fast, but it doesn't scale very well and it leaves applications full of holes, both in terms of security and in terms of functionality. Our approach is different - we start by gaining an understanding of who will use the system and what they will do with it. Work Terms

Working With SynaTree:

We try to make working with SynaTree very easy. First of all, we have all of the infrastructure set up to facilitate a very smooth workflow, including online project management systems that you will have access to as our customer.

Scheduling:

We will agree to a schedule before the work begins so that everyone understands what the deadlines are.We are very comfortable signing contracts with my customers. Typically work that we complete will be done in three phases - a planning phase, which you will approve prior to actual work commencing, the development phase, and a quality assurance phase afterwards. SynaTree's work is of the highest quality and quality takes time.

Working Hours:

Our office is open from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday-Friday, excepting US Holidays, Bank Holidays, and vacation.

Communication:

We are always available through email, and are also willing to video-chat via Skype from time to time. Depending on the project, more or less communication may be warranted, and we try to reflect this in our proposals.

Payment:

We will accept checks, cash, and credit cards under certain dollar amounts. We also accept Guru's payment system.
